2 or 3 pitchers short of being able to field a Caribbean team. only had about 1100 IPs. Team did have Andruw Jones, Chili Davis, Devon White, Xander Bogaerts, Jair Jurrjens and a few others. Not bad. I would have played them if I could find 100 more IPs. I'll still take Asia.

I toyed with the idea of adding some of the smaller Carribean nations to the Central America team but thought it might get to be too much to keep track of.

Your Asia bullpen is going to be lights out!!

Her's an idea for a unique Team: 25 players from 25 countries including 1 from the US.

Hey everyone,

So I started putting together a couple teams that I was contemplating using for myself and wanted to get everybody's opinion since we're probably 2 weeks out from starting.

Based upon some feedback from other owners, and extensive research, I think the sweet spot for this league is $110 million cap without a DH. Also, I would not allow as many combinations which is what I was trying to really limit this time around.

The only Countries/States combos I would allow are:

• Four Corners
• Maryland/DC
• North/South Carolina
• Virginia/West Virginia
• Asia
• Central America

That means the Pacific Northwest & Kansas/Nebraska combo would go away and those would become individual states. I want every team to be competitive across the board and the lower cap definitely achieves this, otherwise the large state like California & Texas would dominate this theme.

Thoughts about lowering the cap to $110 million and eliminating the DH? I just need a thumbs up or down from each owner...

I don't like to change rules after a forum thread has been started. Will likely lower cap and eliminate DH next time around.

I'll take Maryland/DC, i'll try out a hometown team.
