Once everything is unlocked is there still value in leaving attention points on the recruit? Like recruiting credit or something? Or am I just wasting them on the recruit?

Has it been determined how much of an impact? Like 1000 attention points = 1 HV?

I don't think its really been figured out yet but since you can only have at most 20 HVs and 1 CV the attention points definitely matter as far as additional effort.
