How do I look at the recruits that I hosted a camp to find?

Recruiting ... Scouting ... Scouting history ... find the camp in question and click on View All..

Or just go to recruit pool. That will have every recruit you have discovered. But if you just want to look at one particular scouting action, like that camp, then what Spud says is correct.
