The way I do D ratings .. the guy with 100 Shot Blocking is slightly better (0.3 total points better in a ranking of 0 to 100).

So, basically, they are the same as far as I am concerned.

1st one is better in zone (without factoring in rebounding, which also matters). Anything else is close.
