I'll get in on the 4-letter theme too.

Not sure if this has been asked somewhere, but for that theme - I get the difference between George/Babe for Ruth, but if someone is listed as Bob in the search, can they be used for R (Robert)?

For that theme, we are using whatever name WIS uses for the player. So Bob would only qualify for B and Robert would only qualify for R
