I'd start at 55/65. If he was recovering quick enough and was one of my best 4 SP, I'd move him up a slot when I could. It takes about 15 pitches per inning. If he throws 60, it's 4 innings. He won't get wins but he might give you 4 innings with 0-1 runs allowed. I can live with that.
