My thoughts exactly ebel331. the team with 38 sophs is nuts, ive never seen anything like that. also losing on purpose, this is fishier than catfish Fridays at my local pub.

I was curious about this so I wanted to follow up. TE James Gardner ended up signing with Albion.

Huntingdon, coached by 'ealliance' didn't sign a single player. All Sim AI recruits.

Ok. I am the coach at Albion that is mentioned in all of this. I don't read the forums very often so I found out about DaleDoback's issue with this once WIS-Admin contacted me. I have had discussions with WIS-Admin and private sitemails with Dale, but since it is still being talked about here it's time to clear the air. There was no collusion or anything of the sort going on. Yes, I admit I know the Huntingdon coach, but only because we work in the same office and I did tell that to WIS-Admin. He is a jackass and we are not friends. What Dale did not know was that the Huntingdon coach also started jumping on some of my recruits as well. Knowing that he signed 35 players in the previous season I spent money to knock him off, only to find out he didn't sign anyone and apparently only did this to screw with me and I guess Dale and whoever else's recruits he jumped on. A couple of seasons ago I asked him what he was trying to accomplish with the Huntingdon team because he has had other teams that have competed for NC's, and his response was to tell me to "mind your own ****ing business". I asked him why he jumped on our recruits if he wasn't going to sign anyone and he just laughed. I completely understood why Dale reacted with a WIS ticket, as I probably would have done the same thing if I had been in his position.

I was under the impression that WIS had a policy against doing what the huntingdon coach is doing.....spending money with no intention of signing (hard to prove usually...but in this case seems more clear).

That story seems pretty weak...
