If a player played every inning of every game, what would be the minimum amount of plate appearances does a player need to start a season without ever going below 100%?

A lead off hitter on a team that scores a lot might get to 800 PA. So with the 10% bonus he'd need maybe 730 PA to never fall below 100%.

If their home field was Coors (and also considering that he's playing every inning without being pulled for rest in blowouts), I don't think even 850 PA would not make that leadoff hitter not go below 100% (so home ballpark factor plus salary cap plays a big factor).

both crazy and bud make good points. The higher the home ball park rating (i.e. more extreme offense) the more PAs you'll need to meet your goal.

883 would guarantee it.
