This is a long running franchise league. Cannotbebeat and boyzdad started it. Nordawg and ncih ran it for awhile. Now it's my turn again as ncih is retired from whatifsports, maybe.....HE IS RETURNING THIS SEASON........ Salary Cap $140 Million DH: Both Leagues: WW: Yes AAA: NO CLONES: NO.
