Noticed this under the changes announced today. Does anyone know what this means?

No idea, BUT I was thinking about this preference last night. For some preferences like distance, the farther away you are the better if they like Far From Home. So, if you are Very Good at 801 miles, someone who is Very Good at 2000 miles is better. I wonder if a coach that has been at a school for like 50 years would have longevity superpower, for lack of a better term, and be much better than a coach who has been at a school for 20 years.

My guess is that you aren't penalized if you forgot to renew and end up having to re-apply for your old job which you have been at for 50+ seasons and before this fix you would get a Very Bad grade for Coaching Loyalty preference when in the end you didn't skip any season.

I think there were new coaches that were getting a favorable rating and long term coaches that were getting a negative rating.
