I'm on my way out of HD, but when taking a look at applying for new jobs, I find it dumb that the incoming freshmen have already been recruited for all of the teams...this is definitely a ridiculous shortcoming of the new recruiting format.

Again, way to let uneble ruin the game when you/WIS knew he was taking a 15 month buyout...unreal...

I agree with you. I took on Purdue Allen and I will soon see the disaster. As I said, it took 4 seasons to get competitive before, which was way too long, now it takes 5 seasons.

Let us cut players signed in the 1st session. I see zero downside to this.

This should be a no brainer! OR just allow each new recruit to send us an email along the lines "With a new Coaching Staff coming in with you, do you feel that I am worthy of playing for you?" Simple yes or no, and the player can go back into the open pool.

You already have transfers sending out emails asking for attention, and this would not be much more of a stretch to program in! It is either this approach, allow revocation of scholarship offers from period one with a Coach Change, OR no Sim recruits sign in period one.

Without this, you will keep alot of guys from changing jobs!
