Rules:
1. No player can have a higher SH% than the year you use for your EP
2. No player can have a higher D Rating than the year you use for your EP
2a. Exception: If your EP has a D Rating below 85 you can draft up to 4 players with a rating +10/EP and 4 players +5/EP (meaning... if you select Kurri with a d rat of 77, you can use 4 players at 87 d rat and 5 players at 82 d rating)
3. Goalie salary cap is 5M
*SH% refers to players with 100+ shots or more in a season
No: ties, inj, sus, ww, pi.
