Couple questions:

1) You can only get a franchise once through the draft?
2) Are you also enforcing years for the soup?
1) yes, if you notice you are drafting from any one Franchise more than once let me know
2) no, you can use any season/version of your player selected as long as he played for the Franchise you are drafting for. (within the seasons we are using 1980-2016).
