Looks like it's coming down to the Sunday Night game. If Denver wins by 2 and the score is 40 or over, waregl will win if not hookemhorns wins with Tennessee covering.
Is coach automatically eliminated for a second strike?

No, there is no rule against missing submitting a pick just a vote.

Looks like Hookem will win unless Denver gets their crap together and scores a zillion points in the 4th.

Nope with that late TD it nearly locks it up for you... I'm a Broncos fan so I'm completely ok with it lol

With KC beating Denver, hookemhorns wins the challenge with $150, everyone else came in with $0, thanks for my money back. I'm buying boardwalk now. Votes are due to me by 11 pm EST.

Challenge 11 - Time In A Box!

There are 12 NHL games Tuesday night. 30 minutes in the penalty box is what you are shooting for. You can use as many or few players as you want to equal 30 minutes without going over. If you go over you automatically lose the challenge. Closest to 30 wins. As an advantage for winning the last challenge hookemhorns get 2 minutes either way (for example he's picks come in at 27 + 2 minutes gives him 29 or 31 - 2 minutes give him 29). Picks due to me by 6pm tomorrow.

Tiebreaker #1: number of shots for Mark Scheifele
Tiebreaker #2: Total number of goal for the Western Conference Central Division Teams
Tiebreaker #3: Order received

All but one of the votes are in but since coachoatie hasn't read my site mail from yesterday, I'm calling it...I received 6 votes for coachoatie, who is the third member of the jury. Picks do to me by 6pm tomorrow for the new challenge.

With coachoatie seemingly abandoning game, he will be removed as a jury member with sjurat replacing him.

That really is too bad. In the future I think the game should be put on hold for at least 1 day before and after major holidays and maybe 2. I know I didn't pay much attention to this over Thanksgiving.

I put the challenge up the day before Thanksgiving to allow plenty of time to get picks in for a Sunday Challenge. I would have given him the benefit of doubt if he hadn't missed a vote earlier in the game and then this one, also he hasn't even opened my sitemail I sent him Saturday night.

Ya I mean he knew what to expect going in and I actually thought it was a long time between challenges and it was an easy one too.

With 30 PIMs Hookemhorns wins the challenge and is safe at tribal. Please have your votes to me noon tomorrow. New challenge will be up for later today.

Challenge 12 – Confidence In College Hoops

Friday there are 14 games in Men’s College Basketball. Rank the games from most confident to least. There is a twist in scoring though. If you get the game right you get the teams score, but if you get it wrong you loss the team points they scored. Picks are due to me by 4 pm Friday. For winning the last challenge Hookemhorns advantage is whomever he puts in slot if he gets it wrong, will only cost him ½ the team’s points but nothing if he gets it right.

Here are the games:
Colgate at The Citadel
SIU Edwardsville at Indiana
Duquesne at Pittsburgh
Campbell vs. South Carolina Upstate
Grambling St at Kent State
Iona at St Peter’s
Niagara at Marist
Canisius at Manhattan
North Dakota State at North Carolina A&T
Delaware State at Delaware
CSU Bakersfield at SMU
St John’s at Tulane
Alabama at Texas
Lamar at San Francisco

Tiebreaker #1: Total number of FGs made in the Niagara-Marist game
Tiebreaker #2: SIU Edwardsville score against Indiana
Tiebreaker #3: Order Received
