recently had my draft. I had the 3rd pick overall. I had my HS scouting at 20 million. I took a SP with the pick who has great ratings for a player out of HS. My only worried is his stamina is only 53 while pre draft it had him at 70. Should I be ok or worried?

Is the 53 his current stamina, or the projected stamina you're seeing with your advanced scouting budget? If it's the latter, what is your ADV budget?

Current is 53, projected 79 with 12 million in adv.

No. Even if he never clears 60, he's fine as a SP. My staffs are littered with sub 60s.

The $20m HS scouting is your best indicator of projection. He's got to make up a gap of 17 points. He's only 18 (all HS players are 18). As long as you have a high training budget, you should get to 70 or close to it.

I have my training at 18 million. I was just worried that I don't remember seeing a SP stamina increase 15 points. Thanks for your help guys

It happens. I just found a couple of SPs in one of my worlds who were drafted at age 18 with stamina increases of 16 points and 19 points by age 24.

Pitcher A: 48 --> 64
Pitcher B: 56 --> 75
