Just curious, when do offseason improvements happen? Today is the last day of recruiting for period 2 in Phelan. It ends at 11pm this evening. Do offseason improvments happen right at 11pm? 2-3am tomorrow morning? Or further down the road? Also, there is nothing else listed on the world schedule after the second recruiting period ends tonight.

The world schedule rolls over to the new season after tonight so it will start from the top again with updated dates. In Knight this past season the offseason improvements didn't happen until the afternoon of the first day of the new season (so tomorrow afternoon if it's the same way in Phelan) but that may have been something being stuck in the transition because the signed players didn't appear on our rosters until the afternoon when it's usually about 2-3am

seems like the offseason improvements took effect at some point before 8am EST, but after 2am.
