What does a sim ai coached team come up on this preference? Neutral?

Some Sims have been Coaching for far too long! That certainly gives them a "Long Term Coaching" advantage.

The one I do not like is the kids who want a "rebuild" program and "Playing Time", and a "Long Term Coach" as well. I really think that should be neutral. Or is the logic looking for a "one season" rebuild, and not teams that are "project" teams.
