D3 Allen showing 134 human coaches
Anyone know what it was last year .. I didn't keep track.

Up to 140 in Allen right now. Was around 110 this morning.

Allen was 85 D3 teams last season. I posted Allen, Phelan, Iba and Knight right after the switch to 3.0.

51 views on Coachward's channel. 53 new coaches. So the question is...

Where did the other 2 new coaches come from???
You're ruthless. lol

Allen closed out at 189 D3 coaches. We really need to make sure everyone is helping out the new coaches with answer questions and stuff. I'm just gonna go spam all the conf chats with the link to the guide. Hopefully that helps.

Well, besides the free games and Div-III in both Allen and Phelan , the Div-1 and Div-2 numbers seemed to also have stabilized since the first HD3 season roll out. (Both worlds have D1 and D2 numbers within a couple of last season)

How much of the fall was people with multiple accounts cutting back to one, and 'just using credits' for a while.

I'm just glad it's not a free fall of longer than 1 season. . At least so far .

How much of that was lower division coaches moving up after the exodus opened spots?

I doubt it was all that many because there have always been tons of openings in D2 and D1. With the exception of someone who had a favorite team that came open, I don't think that was probably that big of a factor - just a hunch though.

Well .. I suppose some moved up to D1 .. but D2 stayed at a similar level (some guys from D3 also could have moved up). And some experienced (and unemployed) coaches could have signed up at D1 adn D2 as well. So we'll have to see in the follow on seasons. But it is encouraging that there was not another 20%-30% drop any D1/D2 (or discouraging {i guess} if your goal is WIS annihilation).

+1 - I like Benis' idea of the experienced coaches trying to help the new ones see some immediate success, and lead them in the right direction.

Update-

Phelan is in the job period right now and we're back down to 63 coaches from the 123 at the start of the season. Blah.
