The ratings are fantastic, so I wouldn't call it an overhaul. But an update with help from the top coaches (done anonymously) would make them even better. I would love to help but I've been out of the game for 3+ years and I'm relearning the game myself.

I'd be willing to help. I think tweaks are all that are necessary, if anything.

Although I occasionaly get kick outa looking at my team as rated in guess, I don't pay much attention to it or my guess ratings.
don't even know or care how you get them. I do it myself.
Now I don't mean to sound mean about it. I think it is obviously helpful to majority of players. And it is entertaining. So I am grateful it is there. But never use it as a tool myself.

mojo, I think it would be proper to ask you to give your input to Bob. I think there are many who use the GUESS equations as a starter, and then deviate somewhat (that's what I do). So, I think its more of a question of "how can we all help each other"?

You might fit in the category of "What??? Share my real winning formulas? Get Real.", which is just fine. But I wanted to at least take the opportunity to mention that your input would be valuable, especially since you have some differing equations/priorities.

I am in agreement with Hail Caesari, in that some discussion/debate and some minor tweaks would be my expectation.

Leave them as they are. I don't see any major flaws, and coaches are always free to tweak their own ratings to fit their game.

Whatever you do is fine by me. I am just grateful that they are being done. Makes the game much more interesting.
