Just like the title says. I messed up and started recruiting at 3pm pacific time. 4 hours have gone by, no emails.

For Pacific time, the first cycle was @ 9 a.m. Goes every 3 hours after that. You don't receive any emails the first 24 hours. Your first emails come @ 9 a.m. Day 2.

the first cycle is 24 hours... if recruiting started today... you won't get responses until noon (eastern) tomorrow

after the initial period, updates are (eastern) 3, 6, 9, 12o'clock
