I noticed that I received $11.60 in reward credits for making the elite 8 in Knight this past season. The FAQ still states the reward is $15 for losing in the elite 8, have they written about any changes in this area?

It was Knight not Phelan, my bad, I edited the original post to reflect that, I'll send a note to CS then

You received the full $15 credit but you used part of it on a purchase.
