Is anyone else able to confirm how often this is happening? Meaning is this a new thing for 3.0, or did it just happen by chance this one time?

a change is fine, but if they are changing game parameters we should be told. If they are making it a probabiulity exercise, I dont mean that we should be told exact chances, but if going from zero chance he leaves to a substantial chance he leaves, one should tell users
