2 "injury recovery" cycles after ST was over Topic

I signed this guy in FA, for relatively cheap because he was hurt in the playoffs last season and was out 100+ games. After signing, I immediately put in AAA (as to not waste a 40man spot) and placed on the 60day DL. We just completed Spring Training and he got 2 injury recovery cycles right away! Needless to say, I was pretty stoked as he should get at least 1 more with 92 days remaining. Is the 2 injury recovery cycles right away normal?
