They've been out of stock for a long time. I sent in a ticket on October 14th to ask if more would be available any time soon. Thirteen days later and no response.

I guess I should update this. Amazon gift cards are available again, for as long as they last. It did take almost 3 weeks for a response to my ticket, though.
