i'm wondering whether i should've gone for higher level talent, like DH. however, i've got a solid core. Favors, McDyess, Gus Johnson, Barros, Hill aren't exactly ODL quality, but they're better than 75% of the guys who are on rosters. plus, they fit together. i think with Gus and Hickson (using a 12 OReb%/26 DReb% beast season) onboard, this team could actually win it all.

i love this ****. the talent level is completely up in the air. there's no real way to do it right. you just have to hope that you can get your guys.

if i had to do it over again, i'd go with guys like Karl-Anthony Towns or Walt Bellamy instead of Kevin Garnett and Walt Frazier, who i had on my first ballot.

I think you're sitting pretty well, bds. Definitely in the top quarter, based on what can be seen at this point. Some owners have yet to establish any kind of core.
