So, if I have a Type D draft pick in the first round this year, I offer him his demands and he rejects me, will I get a Type D again next year or since it was a Type D selection already, am I out of luck?

SOL.

It's too bad WIS has never invested a few minutes to patch this flaw in draft logic.

Just need a checkbox to Yes/No comp picks only be used on Looking To Sign players.

Could make it more complicated than that, but that one box would be a lot better than the way it works now.

The SOL answer is incorrect. You get another type D pick if your current type D pick rejects your offer.

You sure about that?

I've seen both. I couldn't figure out why one Type D was compensated while the other was not.

Yep. As long as they are true type D picks. Not sure about type A comp picks though.
