Twist 2000 season. If you are new to the "twist" concept it means that you can use any season of a players career, as long as he played at least 1 game with your selected team that season. If a player played 1 game for the Cardinals in 1999, then he is eligible to be used, and you can draft any season of his career.
Twist every season after that.

You just have to use players who played for your actual franchise in the season we are currently playing, so if you pick Colorado for example, then you can only use players who played for the Rockies in 1999 this season...but you can twist them to any season of their career.

Once you fit your 25 man roster under the $108 cap, then you can fill out your AAA roster with other players who actually played for the Rockies in 1999, so long as their salary is $1.5 or less.

Gotcha. I read that as you can only twist the guys on that teams opening day 25 man roster.
