In the second session? Or before the second session starts? When, cause it seems Tark goes into 2nd session tomorrow morning and I can't even rescind anybody.

If I'm reading your post correctly, it may be too late. The time period to rescind scholarships is from the day after the job application process ends and lasts for 3 days.

Ok, I think I am good, we are still in the job period. I will rescind when I wake up tomorrow... (That rescinding needs to be possible once we get to the job.)

Is there no more penalty for rescinding players you signed? I don't see a loyalty or reputation meter anymore. How would it hurt you to rescind a guy you signed if reputation is gone?

Reputation isn't gone. You can check it and loyalty in Office > Jobs.
