How important is technique for WR? Topic

I would love to recruit these 2 speedsters with good hands for WR but their technique is rated 5 and the other is 10. They are super fast and have good speed, but not sure if that technique rating will cause them to suck. This is for DIV III by the way.

Technique is a secondary attribute, while speed and hands are primary. If speed, hands, and elusiveness are good, then I wouldn't worry about technique at all.
