I'm in camp, i sent a bunch of stuff to recruits and they haven't responded yet. The last recruiting cycle, i think they all got back to me on the same day i sent the stuff (This time, i sent the stuff about 2 hours after recruiting started). Is it because i'm in a higher division than last year?

The first recruiting cycle is 24 hours long. All cycles after that are 3 hours long.

They won't get back to you for 24 hours. Maybe last time you got started later?
