What happened to waiting for 24 owners?

Potential owners might sign up if they had a chance at the top teams - if you draft all of the top teams now, why would anyone else sign up?

In the past, we did it first come first serve. I feel like this is a happy medium between giving current owners preferential treatment and an all out draft. This league probably won't fill until next year, so I thought the early arrivals should be rewarded. People have had a couple weeks to join.

I will take Cleveland and I will also sign up for a 2nd team that I will make sure is in the west and will wait unit the second round of 12 to draft them.

yeah - I will take a second team if need be but not until everyone else has made a pick

I made a quick fix to the owner list. Had gerryred listed twice by mistake. If he wants a second team, it would go in the next round of drafting.

who's supposed to pick next and can we skip them?
