How do I find/join a "year 0" league, I'd like truly to build a team a team from the start.

Any help would be appreciated.

They don't exist anymore.

Even if they did, you'd have pre-assigned players with salaries and all the quirks as you would taking over a team in S27.

Best bet: Take a trash team that has the first overall pick. That'll be exactly like taking a year 0 team.
