abnmp...yes it is a public open league ...first 24 teams to enter....no password needed.

Note there are actually 28 black listed players for this Season 27. The correction has been made in this thread. Lajoi 01 was the missed player not listed in the INITIAL DESCRIPTION but he was never allowed to be drafted on any of teams already entered or future teams to be entered as he was always on the detailed configured list of black listed players that the site enforces for this league. (can be found on the view page of League summary)....sorry for the confusion...my mistake.

Neither of these teams had the best record in their American or National Leagues (actually they had the 4th best records of each League) ...in this type of league there are 8 PO teams with the objective of battling it out in the 162 game regular season to be one of the 4 play off teams from each league to get in and then anything can happen and usually does in the POs.
