Like him or loathe him, Donald Trump is the President Elect for 2016... who'd a thunk it?
For this league we'll take the last 24 presidential election years as a base for 24 different teams. Teams will each have 4 years in their player pool, the president elect year and the 3 preceding years. Each president elect needs to choose a cabinet... your "cabinet" will be 10 players from your president elect year. President Elects also need to fill out various staff positions in their administrations... your "staff" will consist of 5 players each from the 3 preceding years. Cabinet and Staff players can be any position, starter or non-starter.
Using the Donald Trump team as an example, you'd have 10 players from 2016, 5 from 2015, 5 from 2014 and 5 from 2013. Alignment will be chronological, with earliest-year teams in the NL. Teams are listed below.
Waiver Wire: Say one of your cabinet or staff is not performing up to your standards... waiver wire will be turned on and all players on the wire are fair game. Bring back John Foster Dulles or Condoleeza Rice
if Hillary Clinton disappoints.
Trades: Trade was a big topic in this election - trades will be allowed.
Salary Cap $110M - your total salary must be at least $105M
No AAA, DH, clones or live play
Injuries will be turned off
Stadium must be from your 4 year period
