Take speed and add it to tech ?

Tech. needs a boost , start at 10 .

I like ELU for DL. I would ASSUME that it would help to get off the block

+1. Helps with sacks.

So upping ELU, TECH, and a bit of GI, taking from ATH/SPD/STR/TKL.

I think we need some more input on this. I disagree with TECH.....basically, I'm against TECH on all positions except for QB.

ELU, I'm not opposed to it for DE, but is it a key factor? I think not. However, if SPD were just moved over to ELU, I would not be opposed.

STR should be higher for DTs.

GI should be higher for DEs.

I would 2nd most of this post. I disagree with TECH for most positions as well.

The only thing I would add is that I think STR is a little bigger factor for DE.

I am waiting to hear back on a ticket I submitted before moving on.

Bob, in general...for all these position discussions, do you think you are getting enough input? And is that input consistent enough to warrant changes?

I'm of the opinion that the ratings should stay the same without some more robust discussion. I get the feeling that many coaches have developed their own thoughts based on how they run their programs...and that there are differing methods that can be successful. This leads to some differing criteria for what counts for individual positions.

I am slightly disappointed in the level of feedback being received.

I would make the assumption that, unless you are getting the feedback you desire, people find the ratings for that position acceptable.

There will be a lot of us who have our own ratings anyway, either separately or within yatzr's tool.
So fopr what it's worth I also think ELU and TECH have a part to play. For DE I use 12-11-21-26-10-7-13 and DT I use 12-4-26-29-10-7-12. Deffo something for speed especially on the end whilst sacrificing that for the interior
