concept:
1. you start with a 2015-16 NBA team.
2. $47M cap.
3. in the first season, there will be a draft before the season to pickup one player that ever played for your franchise. (for example, if you're the Timberwolves, you can add 05-06 Chauncey Billups or 14-15 Kevin Love.) the draft order will be determined by reverse W-L.
4. if you make the playoffs, you can either revert a player to a previous or future season, or add someone that played for your franchise in the past through a draft. if you don't make the playoffs, you can't.
5. so that there are no duplicates throughout franchises, there will be a draft after each season. you can only add someone that played for your franchise. if you choose to revert a player or do nothing, you can pass on your draft pick.
6. trades are allowed.
