A while back I ran a very successful Random Roster league...well, not successful for me, but... I have made 24 new teams, all just below $141 million. This time I put a cap on the salaries I used: no player's salary of $10 million or more was used. The teams are all basically equal in salary and if things go like the last league, parity is almost assured. All scrubs are exactly that and will not be used as no injuries will occur. If you were in the last RR, you will remember how close the teams were, in both conferences.

All you need to do is give me a number from 1 to 24 and i will sitemail you your team. Most teams have 2 scrubs so to complete your roster you will need to draft one more at $165000 (only).

No injuries, no shootouts, no trades, no minor leaguers. Limit 2 teams per owner. If necessary, I will take the remaining 2 teams.
