My goals were to work my way up to D1 and build a powerhouse from scratch. D1 is where every coach has experience of multiple seasons. I stayed at D3 for a while to get the hang of coaching before moving up. I am keeping some D2 teams now so I can help new players coming up.

Have not won a National Tournament title but I would like to accomplish a few of those at the highest level.
