What happens when Topic

Kid is a cycle 1 signer.

Team A is high or very high but hasn't offered a scholarship
Team B is moderate but has offered a scholarship

What happens at the end of Signing period 1? Does the kid take the moderate guy or does he wait?

It's not until the last cycle that recruits lower their sights to consider Moderate and even lower. Period one would end without him signing.

I am pretty sure he waits until the second session. If we have an example, that would be good to test :)

The only time I know of where a moderate can sign is the last recruiting cycle of the 2nd session, if no one has him as high or very high and he has an offer from a moderate.
