I've got a team that's just about ready to make the jump from rebuild to contender. "Problem" is, all my young talent are SP's, no positional depth to speak of. Do I run an all tandem team and switch to a hitter's park? Is switching parks after the fact a dic move?
Here's the
projected ratings for my SP's based on $18M-$20M scouting budgets. Guys range from 20-23 y/o and seem to be developing in line with their projections.
