Tandem ML Rotation? Topic

I've got a team that's just about ready to make the jump from rebuild to contender. "Problem" is, all my young talent are SP's, no positional depth to speak of. Do I run an all tandem team and switch to a hitter's park? Is switching parks after the fact a dic move?

Here's the projected ratings for my SP's based on $18M-$20M scouting budgets. Guys range from 20-23 y/o and seem to be developing in line with their projections.

Park switches are usually desperation moves. If they're all young and cheap, focus on bringing in some hitting via FA. You'll be fine.
