when is the recruit suppose to sign? My strat popped, he signed right at the first signing cycle!

it means by the end of the first recruiting period.

It could be any time in the first be recruiting period if he has an offer. If no one is greater than Moderate in the first period, he could sign in the 2nd period.

I thought he would wait at the end so I hid my strat and it backfired... He signed the earliest possible.
