MLB117326---Never Used Players League

All pitchers must have an OAV at/above .260. All hitters must have an AVG at/below .230. No DH, AAA, Clones, WW, Trades. Cap is $70 mil. In this league, you get to draft players you NEVER use in Sim.

League was quite fun last season. New for this season--Pitchers OAV dropped from .270 to .260.
