Did the remove red shirt cycle through yet? It used to be removing that tag restored all effort. Not sure about now. You may need to repromise minutes.

Yep redshirt came off two cycles ago and I've hit him pretty hard with attention points in the one cycle since, but no change.

Promise minutes is showing as 0% unlocked

Send in a ticket asking if that is a bug or how it's supposed to work.

Was the guy your division or a division above?

In the old version if you tried to RS a player you pulldown sometimes he stopped accepting effort. It was rare but it did happen.

No just a DIII guy.

Maybe it's something weird like informing of the redshirt and campus visit on the same cycle caused a conflict - such as if the redshirt dropped him below 100% for a campus visit.

Anyway I've dropped all but 1 point off him now after the last 40 had no effect again.
