Thinking about joining another world and adding another team to my resume. Here are my requirements Low division 3, I am more of a program builder than having a winning record, I want success in a rebuild, I want to build my division 3 wins up in this world before I move on to division 2 or 1 and build up my wins there. So I am looking to stay long term,

Given those requirements, any world would work. I would take the next one that starts.

Now that I think about it, I bet if you chose a team and told people, a half dozen of us would join your conference; if you want that. It does make rebuilding much harder. An all (or most) sim conference is probably what you are looking for. There are plenty of those in most worlds

I'm basically trying to do the same thing - build a D3 team first then move up the ladder. I just reserved a team in Tarkanian. I liked the idea of 2 games/day schedule so the season progresses quicker, but also hoping I can keep up. :) Been a while since I've done WIS.

I just joined Rupp, I am the only team in the division and play offense/defense I know very well. I could build this team to dominance and be my division 3 team for a long time.

It's personal preference. You'll see it both ways from a lot of coaches.

Or you can do both with multiple teams. It's totally up to you and what you like. There's only one way to find out what's right for you.
