Mike is, in fact, gone. Job change period ended last night. New coach signups start on Friday I believe.

We have been full every year that I have been in the conference. Need 4 to jump in this weekend to keep that streak alive.

Opie’s and Kashmir’s old squads are open as well. Both of these are in decent shape. And then there is Bridgewater St which would require a rebuild

I am only looking to get to D2 so it'd be for only 1 season. So I took a different job as a stop gap. I didn't want to take Mikey's old job over Wales since I wouldn't be staying.

This is what I’m looking for in the full conference experience.

Preseason rankings: 5 in the top 25, another 4 receiving votes.

3 openings as of today. LE had 7 teams make it past the opening round of the NT. Competition is fierce in the toughest D3 conference in Smith.

Anyone up for the challenge?

Still three open spots, get in while you can.

Four open spots in a highly competitive D3 conference if anyone is interested.

Little E had the top conference RPI & SOS in last season (104) although we with three schools under Simmy control.

Really hoping that we can get 4 more who are up to the challenge long term. Our last couple new coaches quit after a season or two presumably due to difficulties recruiting. Having twelve schools in a the very small New England area (Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island) recruiting gets very heated at times. This is the place to test your creative abilities to make a successful squad.
