This team is quite young with only 1 of the top 10 players on the team over the age of 30 (he is 32) The payroll is also quite manageable at only $47M so the new owner can continue to build the team through prospects and free agency.

If you like challenging rebuilds, this team is for you! This team won only 67 games despite a payroll of $111M. There also a couple questionable large contracts. However, there are some pretty strong young players on the team as well, so there are some assets to work with.

This team won 65 games last year and has the #4 overall draft pick. With only 4 players under long-term contract, this team is pretty much an open canvas to shape as the new owner sees fit. There a few young players to work with and a couple ML ready players in AAA to help the cause.

A team with a long history of winning that ran out of steam last year with only 80 wins. Probably the best course of action on this team would be to trade away some of the veterans and rebuild for the future. The cupboard is certainly not bare as there are some strong veteran players on the team that could fetch considerable value in trades.
