By your logic, that makes Mattingly a HOFer.

Jesus. Even Bernie Williams' 5 best OPS+ years were better than Raines's 5 best years. And he played CF compared to Raines COF.

You know what's weird? Rizzuto and Rice are in. Jeter is a first ballot guy. Raines, meh, maybe he gets in. Maybe he doesn't.
