I'd like to announce the start of the Aztec Invitational Tournament hosted by the San Diego State Aztecs. We are planning on having 5 teams in the tournament and we need 4 more. Teams can't be from the same conference and we are planning on getting this thing running next season.
Here are the rules:

• 6 Teams
• Each Team Plays Each Team
• Keep Games 1-5 open for the tournament
• Standings are based on
  • 1) Record
  • 2) Head To Head
  • 3) Point Differential (20 pt max)

This sounds interesting but I already have a conflict for week #2 (I'm at Ohio in the MAC).

Do ya know the Florida A&M coach? Ask him if he wants in then that'll work perfectly.

He already has next season booked. We just need to find 3 more teams.

Or if we can get 6 teams, that would be great. The ultimate plan would be 6 teams. Then after awhile we could make it to where there is a Top Tier Division and a Lower Tier Division each with 6 teams. To get to the top Tier you must win the lower division. Or finish top two... The top team or two tops, would replace the bottom one or two teams in the top division. Haven't decided, but I'm leaning towards only the top team from bottom move up, replacing bottom team from top division. I am interested in getting two divisions and how that would turn out.
EX:

Gold Division
1. Team A
2. Team B
3. Team C
4. Team D
5. Team E
6. Team F

Silver Division
1. Team G
2. Team H
3. Team I
4. Team J
5. Team K
6. Team L


Team G would replace Team F in the Gold Division for next season.

The Vanderbilt Commodores would like to join ;)
