One of my all-time favorite themes centers around players birth rights and heritage.

This time around, we will only be using states, no countries, and no combining states.

Select an exclusive state and complete your roster with players born there. All 25 players on your roster must have been born in your state. NO duplicate states allowed.

Rules

• $110 Million cap
• NO: AAA, Clones, DH, Injuries, Trades, WW
• Standard 24 team league with normal playoff requirements.
• Choose stadium located in your state. If one is not available, choose home stadium of any player on your roster or WIS stadium.
• Divisions aligned geographically.

I will go with California AL. I assume the only qualifier on a California AL is that it is a season he played in AL if he appeared in both leagues?

That's exactly right so you get Mark McGwire's Oakland seasons, not St. Louis.
