How can we choose drivers without a team?

I posted this so that you can plan your picks and once your team is set then you can discuss. Trying to give you guys plenty of time and it better to be earlier than too late. Currently working on the Advantage Challenge and will notify the winner and post their picks later today.

I have a list of players from Captain csudak but have yet to hear from Captain meahsdaddy. I will give him until 10am EST tomorrow and then I will take the next 5 highest priorities from csudak's list and meahsdaddy will get the remaining players. Once the teams are posted then darny10 will post in the forum which tribe he will join.
Team names (must be sports related)- the 2 captains will be responsible for posting their new tribal name in the forum by Sunday morning same deadline as Daytona 500 challenge. They may or may not involve their tribe members in tribal name selection.

Advantage Challenge winner has been notified.

Letter to the Host- Now that new tribes have been formed and you are waiting on the Daytona 500 you can kill some time by writing a letter to the host. This letter should include the following points:

• who are you happy to see on your new tribe
• who are you not happy to have on your tribe
• who your main alliance is
• who you think will be wanting to vote you out ASAP
• who is the biggest threat in the game or who you think will win

All these letters are confidential and will not be revealed to anyone in the game. However once the game is finished I may share some of the letters here.
You will receive an idol clue Sunday evening or Monday morning if you send me a letter.
Deadline to send a letter will be Sunday 6pm EST.
